Main Floor Bookshop

Our main floor caters to every one, selling pocket book novels and genre fiction, as well as affordable hardcovers and modern first editions. We carry a large selection of non-fiction titles on many subjects, including Philosophy, Art, Movies, Gardening, Technical, Health, History, and Canadiana. Our selection is in excellent condition. We also have an assortment of newer titles and best sellers. Also look for our Local History books, both new and used.

We carry blank cards by Charles Van Sandwyck, as well as local historical views by Colour by Schubert and Lucy Maud Montgomery First Edition Postcards. Remember to take advantage of our gift wrapping service during the holidays.

New Arrivals

There are carts located at the front of our store, just past the counter. Before any book gets put onto the shelves, it first does a one week stint on one of these carts, before being integrated in with the other stock. This allows our customers to access new purchases more immediately. Our stock is regularly updated.
